Although there isn’t a specific cheat that lets you unlock all of the CAS clothing all at once there is a very easy workaround. The Sims 4 Base Game, including various different packs came with new unlockable clothing items.
These can be easily accessed through the “Unlocked” filter tag: However, there’s a whole different set of clothing items that show up in Create A Sim only after you complete a certain milestone / level in a certain Career / Skill. The Sims 4’s Create A Sim includes a bundle of clothing pieces that are already presentable to you.
